Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the estate of Anna Tchertkoff, Wife of Vladimir Tchertkoff, the Elder, formerly of Tuckton House, Tuckton, in the county borough of Bournemouth, and late of Lefortovsky per 7, Moscow, Russia, who died intestate on the eleventh day of June, 1927, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted to Ludvig Perno and Charles Theodore Hagberg Wright (the lawful attorneys of the said Vladimir Tchertkoff, the Elder, and Vladimir Tchertkoff, the Younger), out of the Principal Probate Registry on the 8th day of February, 1929, are hereby required to send particulars thereof, in writing, to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said administrators, on or before the 29th day of February, 1932, after which date the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, haying regard only to the claims or demands of which they shall then have had notice; and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims they shall not then have had notice. —
